MB&Y July digital version

I'm a subscriber to MB&Y, and received the paper copy of the July issue last week, however, the digital version hasn't appeared in my iPad Newstand library yet, which it normally does by the 8th of each month.

So, has anyone actually received their July digital copy yet?

Allan,

Sorry that you are having problems with this. The digital version should be available from the on sale date, which was last Thursday. I am going to talk to our subs team and get you an answer as soon as I can.

No sign of it either, I've been checking every day as I'm going on holiday and it easier to have it on the iPad!
 
Okay guys, sincere apologies to all who are having problems with this.

Just to be sure, all of you are using Apple devices and trying to access the magazine through Newsstand?

I will get on to this first thing in the morning.

Same problem for me on the iPad through Newsstand.
 
Hi All

The App has just been "re pushed" if you close newstand and open it up again it should be there now.

Not sure why it was not there before and even more baffled as to why none of us have noticed until today!

Let me know how you get on.

Yep, got mine as well now, thanks for that although I would have thought the digital version was easier to send out than the printed hard copy? I always expect digital first as I take both but it never happens!
 
Can I ask maybe a thick question please? I have the printed mag on subscription, since years ago. Is the digital edition included or do I have to subscribe separately for the digital version? If it's included, how do I access it? I can see all the issues in iPad/Newstand, but can't download them unless I pay. Thanks, and sorry if being thick

Okay...here we go!

I think you have the Zinio version as in the interactive version? unfortunately this is NOT the newstand / apple version that you get with your print subscription.

On saying that you are still entitled to your newstand / apple version as you are a print subscriber.

PM me the details of who and where it goes to and I will sort activation code out.
