YM - Moan

I can bin the dross that falls out when you open it but i do get fed up with adverts printed on heavy card and bound in so every time you flip through it opens there. Very clever idea but counter-productive as even after half an hour I have developed an irrational aversion to the product!

Doubly irritating is that by contrast, cost-saving has reduced the pull-out charts to a single page.

I ripped the annoying cardboard bit out and threw it away !! Can't even remember what was on it ....

How do you cancel a subscription? I 'phoned just after Christmas and cancelled. Next thing I know my card has been debited and my subscription has been renewed, and I didn't want to do this.
