Hi All,
I will post the email first then if you can understand it then great. I tried what it said I could not find a the - maxsea.41s file and when I tried to do the DOS (CMD) stuff it through it back at me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PRB: Time Zero license activation problem.
The information contained in this article applies to:
- MaxSea version : - v1.8
- Windows : - XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
Symptoms
This document explains how to solve problems during the MaxSea Time Zero licence activation.
First time (with internet connection) MaxSea leaves without warning (and use a licence if first installation).
Second time, CrypKey Error with error message “AUTHORIZATION SiteKey BAD CRC”
These problems can cause repeated losses of licences and/or following display:
Resolution
This problem can be solved by updating the CrypKey drivers.
1. Erase crypkey files
1.1.
Erase the following « hidden files »*:
- maxsea.rst
- maxsea.ent
- maxsea.key
- maxsea.41s
Windows XP :
in the MaxSea TimeZero application folder**
« C:\Program Files\MaxSea International\MaxSea TimeZero »
Windows Vista/Seven :
CrypKey application folder
« C:\ProgramData\CrypKey\Licenses\D38FFCB13E773E9E »
1.2. Erase the hidden file: esnecil.ind
All Windows :
in the folder Windows/system32
2. Uninstall CrypKey drivers
2.1.
Open Command Prompt : cmd
XP Vista / Seven
2.2.
Uninstall CrypKey drivers
- From prompt go to the folder MaxSea
C:\...\>cd \Program Files\MaxSea International\MaxSea TimeZero
- Type the command “setupex \u”
C:\Program Files\MaxSea International\MaxSea TimeZero>setupex \u>
- following message have to be displayed :
2.3. Reboot the PC
3. Install CrypKey drivers
3.1.
From the MaxSea application folder
C:\Program Files\MaxSea International\MaxSea TimeZero>
Double click on the setupex.exe
3.2. Reboot the PC
Note : if « setupex.xco » value is set to « 0 » this step become optional
3.3. Start MaxSea (you will need to activate MaxSea again).
Note: File « ManageLicenseDriver.zip » can be downloaded and unzipped to automatically process any steps describe above:
- Step 2.1-2.2 use
- Step 3.1 use
*To display the hidden files and folder:
When opening the folder in the "Tools" menu, choose "folder options"
Note: In Vista to display the menu bar push the "ALT" key.
In the "View" tab,
tick the option:
"Display the hidden files and folders"
and untick the following one:
"hide the protect file"
**To quickly access to the MaxSea application folder:
1. right click on the shortcut icon on your desktop
2. choose "properties"
3. select the Shortcut tab in the window "MaxSea Time Zero properties"
4. click on the button
XP find the target
