Maxie metho marine stove question

Has anybody any experience with the Australian Maxie Marine stoves? The ones that run off methylated spirits? How do they compare to the Origo ones?

No idea how they compare with Origo but to my mind they are fine. I have a single burner which last time I tried it was a bit clogged corroded (after some 15years) but they are so simple easily fixed I can;t imagine any real problems. The needle valve is removed via the lock nut under the control knob Actually my problem is I never use it. More of a cold drinks person and never seem to camp on the boat much.
