Early evening TV? Who gets a chance to watch early evening TV? And if you never watch it, how come it's part of your vocab then?

Here\'s the formula

Very simple.
Multiply all dimensions in decimeteres (ie centimetres/10) together. Answer is directly in litres.
Thus your tank is 36 x .254 x 14 x .254 x 12 x .254 = 9.14 x 3.55 x 3.05 = 98.96 litres to be precise.
If the tank was measured in centimetres it would be much easier.

Re: Here\'s the formula

Murphy's Law states all measurements will be in there least usable forms, eg. speed will be measured in furlongs per fortnight!

Isn't it 1 cu/ft = 6.22 Gals this is from memory!

I have a little conversion program which does every unit to every other unit.
Give me somewhere to park it and anyone can pick it up its's about 500ish Kb
