Mast Transport in France

Any info on getting my 19m mast transported from Marseilles area to LeHavre, France? Planning to do the canals spring 03 on 11.3m sailboat with 1.8m draft. Also any information on routes.

I can give you the name of the spar transporter for ZSpars, but I warn you for that length of mast you´re looking at about €3000.

I´m trying to get a 15m mast down to Cartagena and have been quoted prices up to €4.5K.

Good article in todays issue of Yachting Monthly (May2002) on French canals and advice on mast transportaion. They quote about £500.
