Another vote of approval for the renowned masttransporte.de operated by Wolfgang.

We arrived in Port Napoleon May 2cnd & received Wolfgang's quote same day which was E765 mast(13m) & boom to Rouen . Expected delivery end of June, however just got mail to say has been delivered! Good & not good because we paid for storage at Port Napoleon till end of June & now we will have to pay extra at Rouen which we plan to reach end of July.

Port Napoleon is a very well organised yard & most of the contractors/staff are Belgian who were friendly & efficient plus spoke English !!

Travelling up the Rhone in May is not the best time, I would estimate we lost on average 40% of propulsion to match the current. Last weekend we had 3 days of rain which rose the level here in Trevoux (R. Soane) by 1.3m with corresponding increase in current so we stayed put.

Here in Aquitaine the River Garonne at Tonneins rose by 6m!
