Marmaris, Turkey - crew needed

Local club organizes open race week for cruisers 2nd week October,exact dates not yet set. Its a fun event, but with handicaps, so the racing is taken seriously - therefore looking for seriously competent crew. Boat is a 32ft Westly Fulmar, fractional rig, with cruising chute,demountable inner forestay & storm jib, running genoa (for gull-winged running) and experimental bowspit for cutter configuration. Cheap flights to Dalaman airport. I'll provide all staple provisions, extras and meals out to be shared. Looking for some one with a sense of humour, preferably able to rustle up grub, non-smoker.
