Marmaris to Gib

After the winter we are planing to leave Turkey for good and was wondering if any one has advise on time of year would be best to make the trip from Marmaris to Gib.

Take the whole summer, cruise gently and enjoy some of the fabulous places en route. You will probably have to wait a bit at Almeria for a levanter to blow.
