Mariner 3.3 outboard

Drift alert! I also have a mariner 3.3 - is there anywhere to stow a spare shear pin on / in / around the engine? Most o/b's have a clip to store one, can't find anything on my engine!

Store it on the steering handle with a couple of turns of insulating tape.

Hi thanks for reply, ive looked at amegoes same 3.3 mariner engine and it has room for u clip lanyard, my red stop button will not take the u clip its flusher with control panel, i find it funny that my engine looks newer but not be able to have u clip for stopping engine on red button, all the best, dave.

Search for Kill Cord Switch. Here is one available in the UK http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/mariner-kill-switch?_trksid=p2045573.m2388
It's probably best to find one available in your own country.
