Marinecall mobile forecast

I thought I'd give this a shot so following the instructions on the Met Office website I sent a text to 83141 saying 'MC Plymouth'. Sure enough half a minute later I got a text back saying: Plymouth Haven am: 0c, WD 0 deg, WS 0 kts, VIS 0 km, RAIN 0% and a repeat of the same forecast for 4pm. Now unless they had rather unusual weather conditions in Plymouth yesterday this is not a very helpful forecast. Can anyone shed any light on it? at 25p a shot I'm not keen on trying it again.

About 18 months ago I got the same for NE England. I complained. They said it was a temporary glitch and gave me 1 months free use.

I never took them up, but use the free LW and vhf forecasts.
