marine toilet what how who when

i've got an sl toilet, inlet outlet long chrome pumping handle. i need to go but how does it work. do you open both seacocks at same time, one then the other or what. the whole thing is a major mystery to me. any help would be massively appreciated.

Is this a wind up ? you need to open the two cocks, if you dont then whatever you are pumping doesnt go any where. to the lfet is dry pump, to the right brings seawater in to flush. o2920 892924 if you need more help, happy cr-----g!!!!!!
