Hi all,
Just a quick note about the fantastic service I received from Marine Super Store this week.
I ordered the items on-line at about 1400 Wednesday and they were with me, in full by midday on Thursday with no delivery charges. I was expecting it sometime early next week! I can now have a fabulous weekend fettling!
I've always enjoyed good service when I've been in the Port Solent store, they're always helpful and knowledgeable and to now understand I can order online from them with confidence is great. I believe, particularly at this difficult time, it's important to acknowledge good service when you get it and support those organisations who value their customers (goodness knows, it seems there are plenty of companies in the marine/yachting environment who make you feel like you're a hinderance when you attempt to do business!!).
