Marine Point database

Hi
I'm looking at buying a Garmin GPSMap 76C or a GPSMap 60C
The 76 comes preloaded with an International Basemap and a "Marine Point database" but I think it is only a US version.Will The Marine Point Database cover the UK and is it worth having or should I just buy the Map60C which seems just about identical apart from this and a smaller memory.
