Marine ply supplier

Where is the best place to buy a sheet of proper Marine Ply? I need a fairly thick sheet - 25mm/30mm. I live in SW London but will be in Portsmouth tomorrow. Any sugestions?

I get mine from my local timber merchant Moss & Co in Hammersmith but they have to order it in.

You could try Phoning Goodwillies in Waterlooville
0870 7705433, 12 miles up the old A3 on the east side of the road. I get mine there but it's not what I'd call a fine finish veneer.

There's also Bamptons in Southampton 023 80223937 www.bamptons.co.uk in Vespasian Road. I've not used them but they do advertise marine grade ply.

I ordered two sheets of 9mm from Robbins a couple of months ago. Delivery to SW of London cost about £20.

Previously I ordered 23 sheets from them, delivery was about £80.

Cheaper than me going to fetch it...

The Gosport branch was a well known local supplier of marine ply. They moved their depot so not sure if they still stock it.
