Marine Navigator app for VMH charts

I have just bought a charts DVD from Visit My Harbour. Their website tells me to get the Marine Navigator app from Google play. Question is, do I download the app using my Nexus 7, or can I download it to my PC then transfer to the Nexus?

I want it too but I'm unhappy about giving Google my bank access. The web says paypal can now be used but I cant see the option on two diff devices- any info?

Same here mate, I'm never happy about sending my card details over the internet. Looks like there is no PayPal facility, so looks like I will need to pay through Google. Though my daughter says it's safe as houses and very secure.

In theory you could try contacting Ronald Koenig, buy the App from him directly, copy Marine Navigator.apk to your device and tick "allow install from non market sources" under system settings. I strongly doubt he wants to deal with customers that way though!
