I recently ordered a new boat name as the old one had got scuffed, I decided to use Marine Names in Cheltenham as they’d responded very rapidly and very positively to my initial request for information and provided me with everything I needed to order typeface and colour.
I placed the order and it arrived back incorrect – when I reviewed my order I could see that they had completed the order exactly as I’d directed and if anything, I could have been more explicit about the requirements.
That aside I called them and before we really had chance to discuss in detail and despite the fact that the issue could arguably have avoided had I been clearer with the initial order, they offered to re produce the name and re send at there own expense – the new name arrived perfect 2 days later!
Fantastic service! Wish all experiences in Marine industry were the like this!
