Marine engineer/Electrician in the Ria de Vigo Please

I am having problems with my starter motor (CA45G24 GM). Can anyone recommend a Marine Engineer or Electrician as close to Moaña as possible please? Thanks in anticipation.

Same problem in Portosin, I eventually ordered a new starter motor from this lot in the UK, http://www.startermotor-alternator.co.uk and delivered in 4 days. Also got a price of this lot in Ourense, http://www.electrobat.com, but had already ordered the UK one.

Sorry only just seen your cry for help I have the same starter on my Ford 2712.
What is the problem ?
