One member asked that I share Marina costs and rather than just numbers, I decided to add info/comments on those items that are important to me. I'll separate by Country
Boat Size - If You have a 8, 9, 10 or 11 meter boat - good on You. For those who go beyond 12 meters especially 12.499 BEWARE or your beam is beyond
3.99 -BEWARE because You might be subjected to arbitrary pricing or at least be bumped up to much higher often 15m pricing. Some marinas ask but most take measurements off your documents that are requested probably 90%.
Low Season Rate Changes - some are Sept 1, More Oct 1 but others Nov 1
so check and often not noted on their web page if they have one
My usual preference is to anchor out however this trip was unique so using marinas became usual.
Hopefully, it will be of use to others.

Marina Portoscuso - relatively new - along side - Finger slips......yeah!!!
Location - Portoscuso, Sardinia
Date - Oct 2011
Price per night - 26 euro inc vat
Protected - Yes - well positioned breakwaters
Security - Yes, guard at night but pontoon gates do not lock
Wi-Fi - No
Fuel - No......there is a station in town
Toilets/Showers - D - although newer bldg - shower was broken & toilet not great
Elec/Water - included
Atmosphere - welcoming staff, docks in excellent shape......
Other Services - restaurants nearby - with supermarket & laundry about 10-15mins - small town but fine
Return? - Absolutely, liked the staff/docks & found delicious pizza place across from laundry

Marina - Portus Karalis - Med Moor with permanent lines
Location - Cagliari, Sardinia
Date - Oct, 2011
Price per night - 39.14 inc vat ** there is a checkout time **
Protected - only somewhat, depending on wind direction - large opening in
breakwaters + lots of comm’l traffic
Security - locked gate + guards patrolling
Wi-Fi - No
Fuel - Yes, Fuel dock tucked in corner of multi-layered harbor near ferry dock
Toilets/Showers - In Admin bldg but only during business hours. Huh?
Elec/Water - add’l + 200 euro deposit for Mega adapter (no joke) + 5.83 @nite water
Atmosphere - classic euro - right in center of town - busy town & traffic
Other Svcs - ez access to restaurants but chandlery & supermarket are 15-25 min
Return? - Not to this marina but I liked the town - would try other marina(s) hopefully more protected
