Marina Punta Faro

Would anyone be around the above marina and have a tape measure to hand? A friend is interested in an XC42 advertised by Venice Yachts. http://www.boatshop24.com/en/x-yachts-xc-42/Sailboat/36148. The advert states 1.7m draft but the broker is unsure when questioned so a definitive answer is required. Any help greatly appreciated.

Maybe not a definitive answer but in the photos she appears to have a fairly shallow keel and pasted below from X Yachts web page are the drafts for standard and shallow keels.
