My boat's been moved from her berth of nearly two years to accommodate a visiting super yacht. Have I any right to be pissed off?

I would be. Not even a courtesy of a phone call. Time you sat down and chatted to the marina manager
You need to look at the contract , I think you will find they can move boats .
They do not need to phone call especially if your neighbours is on fire.
Boat shows, pontoon maintenance , club vicits , photo shoots, fire, logistics of a visiting " super yacht" ,terrorism these days ? whatever .

A phone call is the least I would expected if anyone was going to touch my boat....

Having said that, where have they moved the boat to? just 20ft away from its original space on the pontoon or to a completely different berth and 200 yards away?

When it comes to choose a marina and berth, I do check where exactly I am going to get a berth - I personally don't like the boat being in the vicinity of bystanders and non-berth holders - as have seen people throw things on the boats and the boats may sometimes be tempting for vandals....

Expect your contract only provides a berth and does not give rights to any particular berth. However, it is bad management decision to change it without telling you. However expect they took action to accommodate the new boat knowing that you might object to a request. Time for a chat with the marina manager about customer relations. If no joy you can name and shame here!

I to think a phone call would have been in order, then off to take some photos of the super yacht and post one on here!

I would be very annoyed if I hadn't been told and couldn't see my boat when I arrived - that feeling of numbness when your pride and joy is missing - possibly stolen...
