Ok, a bit of a lighthearted dig, and I was one of the sceptics - A pedalo through Cape Wrath you say? Much guffaws around the smoking room in the Gentleman's club, what? - but it's sad to see that this very ambitious challenge has ended up getting cut short with the remainder of the trip being restricted to doing laps of Loch Ness!
