i am thinking of fitting a Manson supreme on my westerly Falcon 34. has anyone done this to the same or similar boat and know how much alteration would be required to fit it to the existing bow roller.

We have a manson on our Ocean lord 41. Great holding but difficult to stow. It wont set on the bow roller using elec windlass, i have to stop and manually turn it to stow. As it comes on board it only just fits under the roller reefing drum. I would suggest you get the bow roller altered to fit if you plan on using it on a regular basis.
