Greece’s authorities have placed six more areas in status of “increased epidemiological risk” where tougher lockdown measures apply. Head of Civil Protection Nikos Hardalias announced . . . that two regional units of two islands in the Aegean and the Ionian Sea as well as four municipalities in northern Greece are placed in tougher lockdown.
Regional Units: Mykonos,Zakynthos
Municipalities: Amfipolis (Serres), Orestida and Kastoria (Kastoria), Karditsa
The tougher lockdown in these areas goes in force on Saturday morning, March 20, 2021.
In special status of additional restrictions: the island of Leros (March 18-29)
