Man hit with £5k fine

Is 'Hope' the great big thing that's occupying the 24hr visitor mooring downstream from The Anglers in Walton?

Seems likely as there are not all that many 85ft boats in the area.

Of course the ex Salters "Henley" is apparently around there now but the Hope boat is an old swim headed lighter with a rudder on the back I believe and an engine.

The fine doesn't seem to have made much impression. Hope IV was still there when I passed this morning.

Henley was moored in Desborough Channel yesterday with people working on it.
