Hi All,

We have recently delivered a Malo 39 from Croatia to Lymington. The Skipper sent me some video footage that I have cobbled together:

The guys tell me that she is in excellent condition; They were all very impressed!

I hope you enjoy the video, lots of Dolphins and Whales - making it made me feel very envious!

I think we need the video footage to avoid the accusations of advertising!


I am keen if he will do a swap for my Bavaria 31... He should be able to make some savings if he is desperate to trim outgoings...

She is indeed going to be for sale.

I had an inspection of her on Friday and am going to photograph her interior today.

She is excellent and I am not surprised your chaps had a good trip on her.

Very nice yacht. I am really strarting to like Malo's, looked a one or two recently and they appear very well made and very solid and capable. She certainly looks a fine example.

Interesting, one of the owners I spoke to said the same. But compared to my AWB (2011 Bav 36), they just feel so heavy duty and so solid and well finished. Mind you at over double cost, I suppose they should do!

We've friends who've just bought one. We've been cruising in company with our Nauticat 39 and find the boats very closely matched for performance albeit in very light winds they have the slight speed edge although that may be because they've a fully battened main and we have a vertically battened furling main. In vital statistics terms the boats are almost identical. The saloon on the Malo is gorgeous, more comfortable than the Nauticat, though we've two heads and three cabins whereas they've two cabins and one heads - horses for courses.

Well I don't see these formulaic templated video threads any differently to any other kind of spam and they put the OP up there with the purveyors of penis enhancement products.

Thanks Ed, you have always been one of my harshest critics... Like spam for penis enhancement products you are not obliged to click the link or indeed waste any of your time dwelling on the inconvenience it may cause you.

You will be delighted to hear that I have been working on another short film taken during a very recent (and quite foggy) trip back from Brittany on a First 47.7; so please watch this space!

My films are designed primarily for the owners and crew and hopefully also provide some interest to fellow sailing enthusiasts. Any penis enhancement that you may experience from watching my films should be considered to be a bonus!

I have just watched Pete's film again but nothing happened.

Perhaps I need to watch another type of movie :o


I should add here that I had no idea Pete had made a film let alone that he was going to post it here and name check me into the bargain!
