Before your arrival marina staff should board your boat and switch on the fan heater. After checking if there is any washing up left to do since your last visit they should then switch on kettle and have a brew ready for you. A meal having been previously ordered should duly be served by scantily clad young women. (sorry got a bit carried away with the last bit but I stand by the former remarks) /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Actually we have this service already - well not the babe serving it but everything else including cleaning the boat and putting on heating and chilling champers etc + lobster etc before you arrive at the boat. Its available at the marina at De Veere Cameron House on Loch Lomond, they started it for some of the footy stars and Robbie Williams, Sting et al and some of the more manky folks wanted it too and so they can have it now. Aint that cute?

I phone the boat up and get the Eberspacher going as I leave the house. It really helps when SWMBO arrives at a toasty warm boat ;)

Ah, yeah, ahem. But only once so far, and that silly restriction (of having to make a billable call every 6 months) seems to have been lifted now (so O2 claim).

Still, thank heavens for kids, huh? 'Of course you'll fit in that space, just don't breathe too hard' :)

1. Insist that davits and dinghies don't hang over the pontoon.

2. Insist that anchors don't hang over the pontoon.

3 Charge hose reels with HT electricity to teach male dogs where not to pee.

4. Make chain leashes compulsory to teach owners of male dogs the same lesson.

Hey!

It is a long walk you know and my master keeps stopping to look at other white bobby things on the way.

I do not agree with this suggestion
