Maintenance books

Can anyone recommend a maintenance and repair book/manual for a 35ish yacht, similar to the Haynes manuals for cars, that deals with hull (grp), deck, winches, engine, drive gear, steering, electrical etc something that is within the capabilities of a person with moderate to good craft skills. There are some on Amazon and other outlets but it is knowing what to buy.

Seconded. Without a shadow of a doubt- The Boatowner's Mechanical and Electrical Manual is the best one. Its paid for itself many many times over now on my boat.

Its on offer from Amazon here at the moment

I wouldn't be without it now.

Thanks I bought Nigel Calders book on Amazon and the boat maintenance bible by Adlard Coles Nautical, I'm not religious, I will give these a go see what happens and yes I agree the forum can supply hundreds of years of experience from people who are not hundreds of years old......just knowledgeable
