Maintenance and operational costs of a Topcraft 420 Comfort?

How much would be approximately the yearly maintenance and operative costs of a boat such as this one: Topcraft 420 Comfort (see pic below)

I would use it only in the summer 1 or 2 days per week. And the winter here are cold, let's say -10 degrees on the coldest days. Also, I would leave it in the water in the canals (I live in Amsterdam), just covered.

Should I bring the engine in a garage during the winter?

Not a lot really
Insurance + mooring fees + fuel
If poss bring the whole boat indoors in your winter -certainly the outboard engine If you leave it out side cover it up drain remove all fluids if there are any?
Assuming a small outboard for speed restricted canals ?
