I'm fairly sure at least one of the incidents (dory capsizing) repoerted in this 2009 publication was quite a few years ago. Has nothing happened this year?

You're right...

...and in "Injured, But Lucky to be Alive" would a decent boarding ladder not have been more useful than a life jacket? An LJ's supposed to keep your mouth out of the water, not protect you from getting hit by a prop. How can they have missed the boarding ladder lesson?
