It's a 5" Screen which I think is about the smallest you can go and still be practical. I have a limited amount of space at the chart table. I have never used Magellan or BluNav (Navionics Gold) before. Also everything else on board is Raymarine and I'm worried about the NMEA interfacing. I didn't like the Simrad CE33, The Raymarine 320 is mono only and has a really small screen, The Furuno 1650W is quite nice but the software/fonts etc look a bit homemade. What else should I look at ?????

Have you looked at...

Have you looked at the Navman Tracker 5600? Significantly bigger screen (6.4" diag vs 5.1"), same screen resolution, daylight viewable colour, similar price. This also has a portrait-format screen, which many people prefer.

Cartography...

Good point, which I forgot to mention. Navman Tracker uses CMap NT or NT+, which may be easier to source and update than BlueNav or BlueChart.
