Was trying to Link an ad for a Macwester 22 in Andalucia which was wrongly called a Westerly22 and was pondering how it got there ,quite a trip for a small yacht

No surprise that it got there - they (and Westerly 22s) are seaworthy if small and slow. And they certainly last. Considerable appeal in small, simple boats that will take mishandling and time in their stride. And yes, I recall weather helm to match a much larger yacht. Roller reefing from the cabin top was a life shaping experience.

The boat needs a total reform: cabin interior flooring, upholstery, deck paint, sails, ropes, etc. Very interesting price.
Also comes with a Honda OB. I wonder if the diesel works?

With all that work needed, I'd say it's a very interesting price - for the seller.
