Lymington Kings head

I was in Lymington two weeks ago on thursday and met a friend who lives there we ate out at the Kings Head, I was well impressed a few beers, two courses and a bottle of wine a good evening was had by all, not expensive in view of the quality, a bit cool staying on the boat though.

Bloody trains kept me awake, this is not a problem i have had on a boat before the trains in Carteret are on a Tuesday and a thursday and start about 1030 am so not generally a problem.

Kings Head is very good. I've had a couple of very good and well priced meals there. Try the C.O.D., it's delicious.

I stopped eating in the Kings Head a couple of years ago. The food went downhill. Sounds like it may be ok again. The chippie on the High Street is excellent.
