I cannot help re the Owner's Association, but I have a 1968 copy of a Lyman boat catalogue, which I posted on the motor boat forum a few years ago - here is a link :

The website appears to be working for me using Brave Browser.

unfortunately it doesn't work in The Netherlands.
Tried to visit website from 6 different devices and different OS....

Anyway, i found my contacts..
