I am searching for a spare roller genoa on-line. The luffs are indicated as being 5, 7 or 8mm. Is this the actual diameter of the rope that slides up the roller track? Thanks for advice.

I checked the old one. The rope is 5mm diam but with the sail wrapped around it, it measures 7mm ! So does the specified measurement mean the rope itself or the O/A width? Sorry for being such a PITA.

LOl.... its the bolt rope size... ie... just the rope...
