Lucas Marine navigation lights

My Hurley 22 has a set of (presumably quite old) Lucas Marine navigation lights on the cabin sides. They're in remarkably reasonable condition though the starboard light is missing its black plastic cover which blinkers the beam. The port side light says Lucas Marine LM120B P SNP1A on the plastic cover but Google doesn't turn up anything useful. Photos attached - anyone recognise them and able to point me in the right direction? Failing that I'll have to get a new set though the nuts look captive within the GRP along with the wiring so that'll be fun...

I dought if replacements are available as Lucas are defunk. There are some good ones available for small craft that do not cost the earth.
Think it will be a matter of biting the bullet.
