LT8 Connector (Navman Tracker 5600) Pin/Wire Sequence

I believe what I have pictured is called an LT8 Connector. This is the pin plug (male) end of the fixed wiring in the boat that the Navman is connected to by a flexible lead. As you can see it's twisted and indeed two of the coloured cables have broken free of the pins which has resulted in the DSC VHF, the ST60 chart table readout and ICS Nav 6 Navtex not receiving position data.

Are the coloured cables connected to the pins a universal standard for GPS or is it manufacturer specific?

I am not sure, the pin connector I have is a bulkhead mount with flanges and nuts, the example in your link is just a connector. However, the eBay site lists "The Service Centre" who retail this stuff so I'll contact them.

Thanks for the help,
