Lowrance plotter question

I am still getting to grips with my Lowrance plotter (HDS7M using Navionics Gold charts). I have been fairly impressed by the Navionics PC app, but cannot work out how to import a route created in this App to the plotter. I can export the route onto an SD card, but cannot work out the next steps...! Quite frustrating, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.
I have googled the subject, but without much succcess.

It is not well documented. I don't have a Lowrance any more, so this is from memory - from the top level screen where you select a function, there is one for utilities or something similar. From there, you can open a screen that displays the directory of files on the card and you can select the file you exported and import it.

Got it, thanks! You are right to say it is not documented- but once you know what you are looking for, it imports a route in seconds.
