I will roll out the welcome wagon :) been a bit of a billy no mates at the lonely end of the pontoon: Goldeneye has moved up next to Alshira, Sark has gone. Only seen Eric once all winter. Made some new friends tho who are just up from SweetP - very keen - been out nearly every weekend, putting everyone else to shame.

We did not make the cut at the Marconi waiting list, and I will probably be resident in Turkey from next month for a while, so need Mrs FC to have access and for the boat to be taken out.
We have always liked Bridgemarsh, we just fancied a change for a couple of seasons.

Those pictures remind me a bit of this, when Wallasea Marina visited Burnham. I know, at least Bridgemarsh stayed put.

Blimey, that brings back some memories! The 'new marina' stayed there for some weeks. I remember seeing them every Sunday when the Autumn Series course took us up to Cliff buoy. The 'morning after' I came down to check on my boat which was on a Prior's mooring, and the yacht on the next mooring downstream (a Prior 30, IIRC) was holed & sunk!
