So someone else looked at it, which sort of negates that it should be deleted.
Someone found the information they wanted otherwise they would have asked about the screws.

Edit: I don't know what happened to the person who was trying to be helpful (if a little late to the scene) - his post has disappeared, as well as my polite reply. This forum is slowly losing its attraction.

A.N Other new member opened it and then did a post about buying from a store in Australia. I felt that they possibly worked or owned the store. If the mods removed the posts maybe they should replace the post with something saying so.

Edit. Just looked on my pc as I was using a tablet to start this post, and it was an independent online store in Australia.
can the poster totally remove a post or posts ? I thought we could only delete the contents of the post.

Yes I am bewildered too. Why would our posts disappear but the thread remain active?

Why didn't the Mods tell us why our posts have been deleted?
