low profile fasteners for floor boards

I'm looking for a way to fix down the boat floor boards so that I can lift then quickly for access to the bilge. I want to avoid using screws and was thinking of something like a quarter turn fastener.

The floor boards are about 12mm thick.

Any suggestions?

If you want something which actually fastens, perhaps something like this latch, which doesn't require tools for undoing. The Sea-Screw website has other similar fasteners. Alternatively, Google for dzus fastener, which is the quarter-turn type.
