Low Flow???

shows most of the locks on yellow or red boards, with the exception of Clifton lock to Days lock which shows "caution low flow" in orange!

Most odd!

Must be a glitch its gone now, but thats my stretch and they often hold the water back in the Clifton to Culham stretch to maintain a level in the Clifton to Days stretch. There are no boats moored or properties on the Culham reach, but loads below Clifton so I've often seen high levels and a strong stream at Culham but almost normal conditons below Clifton.

Ah, now that is interesting and makes a great deal of sense. It is vital the EA keep levels on Clifton-Days reach consistent as there is not only shallow water but also a low bridge. Oh and your boat as well!!!
