I have spent the day and will be spending the next few days on a Fairline Phantom 48. What a great boat! I am working with the new owners over the next few days and I have to say that not only does it look great it performs well and crusies beautifully.

I forgot the camera today, but will post some shots after tomorrows jaunt.

I would call this new Fairline a new generation 14 mtr Flybridge Motor Crusier

new generation flybridge cruisers are the Azimut 47 and Fairline 48 Phantom

wait for more fierce competition in the future to come from Princess and may be Ferretti at the upper price range will also offer something special
also would not be surprise to see something nice coming out of Spain, especially from Astondoa and may be Rodman with tere MUSE Range

new generation 14 mtrs are recognized by huge central ship windows, edged style with rounded lines and huge integrated platform

Whats them big hole things in the side? To lighten the boat? Exhausts? Patio windows?

Owner's cabin portholes - it a full width mid berth cabin with ensuite. Windows are at pontoon height but you can't see in.
