Unlucky.. I was just too late to put a fiver on Samsung with an online bookies - just as well I suppose as they were 3rd! I sailed with the skipper Matt Ridell on that boat in the round britain this year, so good to see them off to a great start!

Yup great website, very interesting reading the crew logs about life onboard. Not bad going 32 days from the solent, and not too many miles between the first 6 boats.

Looks like I'm buying the drinks in the pub tonight after loosing the friendly bet !

How long did it take you to get round britain then.
