If anybody in the East Mersea area finds an old style Avon Redstart I've lost mine today has a name "Ducky" on the back, lost close to entrance to the Colne late this afternoon

Any thoughts on who I can contact to see if this has been found? The wind and tide would have taken it quite quickly onto the beach by the outdoor centre & mobile home area of East Mersea, but as the tides were making it could easily be anywhere by now, although not E Bay yet.
I've given details to the Coastguard, the Police at Colchester, Bradwell Marina, here, any other obvious places to contact?

Nigel Harmer - the Blackwater River Bailiff?
River Police based at Burnham who swan about in a big black rib at taxpayers expense (a friend of mine does the occassional stint "we had a nice day out but didn't prevent much crime")
Brightlingsea Harbour Master - it may have been towed in there.
