Good morning everyone, this may a bit of a long shot, but worth a try.
A berth holder, here at Racecourse Marina, lost their dog over the side of their boat on the millstream yesterday just before lunchtime. The dog appeared to be swimming for the bank on the Racecourse side but then disappeared from view. The owners are, of course, distraught. So many people at the marina have pitched in to look as have the staff at the Racecourse.
I'm hoping that if any of you are out and about in the area if you would be so kind as to keep an eye out please?
The dog is a 2 year old black/grey/white Shih Tzu called Freddie and has a red collar and lead. If by some stroke of luck, anyone does see or hear of anything, please would you call me at Racecourse Marina 01753 851501.
Many thanks.
Kind regards,
Allison Madden
