Lossie anchorage areas

Hi,

Could anyone advise of the ground/holding immediately to the east of Lossiemouth? I want to try out a new anchor setup so was going to spend a night on the hook. Depending on the wind direction I might also try just off Portgordon or even tucked in to the SW of Burghead. I have 20m of chain plus 10m rope and draw just over 1m.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Never been there, so I can only go by the chart. Which shows gently shelving sand, looks ideal
