I have had a Tri-white fitted to my boat since 2017 and it's still working. Unfortunately it's fitted to the top of my mast and I need to remove it to carry out a repair (not to the tri-white). Unfortunately, I can't remember how I fitted it, never mind how to take it off. For some strange reason, I cannot access the support through the company webpage which now resolutely refuses to open on my
computer. Has the company folded? Can anyone suggest how to proceed?

Does this link work? Lopolight - The Original LED Navigation Lights

No, they have not folded. They are helpful and speak English. I suggest that you email them after Easter on info@lopolight.com and ask them your question on how it's attached. Your part number 100-009 is no longer listed on their website but someone there will know and I expect they can supply a drawing to answer your question. They have drawings of all their current and recently superseded products on their website. Try another browser to have a look.

Thanks Angus. I had an old email from them in 2007 and I replied to it, more in hope than in expectation but I got a reply to it on Friday. Mine doesn't have a removable top, I used to have one like this but it failed and was a replaced by a unit which was sealed. I have problems with the company website after using their contact form and have not been able to get back into it. I think I know how to get the unit off but that's for next time I"m at the club.

Alex, The problem I have with the website is that I get this error message

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

I have informed the company, by replying to their latest email but the problem still remains.
