Looking for private Port Solent berth to rent

Hi

As the title says, for a 34ft yacht from mid August. I've berthed there before. Most ads on here and other places are out of date and berths already taken - anybody have other leads?

Marina Life Homes have a couple on their website at £250 pcm ..... also look up Port Solent on Rightmove and check under rentals, there may be others. I know for a fact that the first one on the right before the Bryher Island bridge is for rent at about £200 + but you may be able to do a deal.

Waterside Property normally have berths at Port Solent, if you rent a private berth you will need a licence from Premier, from memory this cost about £60 per year and the boat also needs to be registered with the Residents Association. This needs to be done by the owner of the berth. Make sure it is, as not all berth owners are permitted to sub-let. You could also do a leaflet drop in the houses,
