Looking for crew...

Hello all, I'm looking for some crew

I sail my Moody 30 on the River Crouch, from North Fambridge. I am looking for some crew to join me on day sails, and longer sails, from the Crouch lasting up to a week. I have contacted the local yacht clubs, and some of the RYA schools. Where else might be worth looking?

There are many internet sites .
From my experience Crewseekers delivers half sensible people, they have to pay and are serious.
There is definitely something n Facebook but I forget it’s name.
Crew bay is big and free , from my experience has lots of dreamers, but you may get lucky.
As Daydream has said you have a great boat for solo, however at other times he has admitted that no one likes sailing with him and that is why he goes on his own.
Personaly I prefer sailing with other people and drag them in from anywhere and everywhere, as the years move on I find some return !

The Moody 30 is good for single handing, I've done around 3000Nm in her single handed in the last few years.

Would be interested joining you in the summer if that is the time you are thinking of. Used to have a cruiser in Burnham Marina so know the East coast waters well. Live 30 mins away from Fambridge. PM me if interested.

Put me on your list for the occasional trip. I have crewed over the years for friends and total strangers. Am self employed,
in fact semi-retired, so time can be flexible. Prefer more than day sails really as I am a significant distance from you, Aldeburgh, Suffolk.
I am always up for an adventure, Malcolm.

I'm always up for sailing, especially now as both my boats are being fettled and not sailable. Am very flexible timewise usually.
